After losing her mother at sixteen, Monica turned pain into purpose, allowing compassion to guide her mission of helping others heal and move forward with faith and fullness.

The FULL™ philosophy was born out of one simple but life-changing moment.
After losing her mother at sixteen, Monica found herself craving validation. Without that nurturing voice, she began seeking approval through achievement, saying yes to everything and everyone. She became a people pleaser, wearing busyness like a badge of honor and mistaking constant activity for purpose.
Then during a Bible study, someone shared a statement that changed everything:
“BUSY stands for Being Under Satan’s Yoke.”
That profound statement stopped Monica in her tracks. She prayed,
“Lord, put before me the things You would have me do, and help me release the things that are not for me today.”
From that prayer, God began to show her how to release guilt, pressure, and the need to please everyone. That is when the revelation of FULL™ came, meaning Faithfully Under the Lord’s Lead™.
It later expanded to reflect the FULLness of how Monica lives, leads, and loves:

Faithfully Under Light’s Lead™ to reflect hope and truth in a world that needs it.
Faithfully Under Liberty’s Lead™ to walk in freedom, not in bondage to the world.
